Pet grooming transport services provide a hassle-free solution for pet owners who may have difficulty transporting their pets to and from our grooming centre. This service is particularly valuable for those with busy schedules or limited mobility.

To ensure your pet's comfort during transportation, we limit the number of pick-up and drop-off locations to three per day. This way, your pet won't have to endure extended waiting times during transit.

Timings

Pick-up time: 10-11am (weekday) / 9-10am (weekend)
Drop-off time: After 7pm
We are unable to guarantee specific timings as they are subject to traffic conditions.

Payment

Our groomers will provide you with the SGQR code for convenient Scan & Pay upon returning your pet. We kindly request that you make your payment using SGQR to streamline our administrative processes. Your cooperation in this matter will help us continue offering affordable grooming services for your pet.

Notice of Pet Grooming Transport Fee Adjustment

Due to the rising cost of living and the sharp increase in car ownership costs which have nearly doubled since 2019, we have had to make a small adjustment to our transport fees.

We have kept our prices unchanged since Aug 2019, but with ongoing cost increases, there will be a $10 increase. Starting 10 Aug 2025, our transport service will now start from $20, depending on your location. This helps us cover just a portion of the increased costs while continuing to provide your furkid with safe and reliable transport.

Terms & Conditions

Our pet grooming services with transport pick-up and drop-off, are exclusively for pets. If a pet owner wishes to accompany their pet, alternate arrangements must be made.
The charges listed apply to round-trip transportation and are assessed per location. For instance, if you have two dogs scheduled for grooming and they are to be picked up and dropped off at the same address, we will only apply a single charge.
If one-way transport is needed, a return transport charge will apply.
Additional charges will be incurred if the pick-up and drop-off locations differ.
Due to high demand, only pets that undergo basic or full grooming are eligible to book transport services.
