Even during our Paws En Route transportation service, your pet will enjoy cage-free comfort during transit to and from their destination.

Cage dryers have the potential to pose risks to your pet. Timers on cage dryers can malfunction, leading to prolonged exposure to hot air, which may not be safe for your beloved furry friend. Additionally, since groomers often leave dogs unattended during cage dryer use, any malfunction could result in a serious hazard to your dog's well-being.

When it comes to grooming, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring sterilization are paramount for your pet's well-being. It's crucial to seek alternative groomers if these vital practices are not adhered to.

All our combs, nail clippers, scissors, and clipper blades undergo a meticulous sterilization process between each grooming service, which includes exposure to UV light and disinfection. Moreover, our grooming restraints, grooming tables, and muzzles are diligently cleaned and disinfected after every service.

In addition to these measures, we regularly fumigate our centre to effectively eliminate ticks and fleas, minimizing the risk of infestations and ensuring a pest-free environment for your pets.

These products are crafted using entirely natural ingredients and other beneficial components sourced from nature. They are free from parabens, harsh soaps, artificial dyes or fragrances, phosphates, or any harmful toxins.

You can rest assured that there are no concerns about residues being left behind on your pet or any negative impact on the environment. Our products are exceptionally gentle, effective, and safe for pets aged 6 weeks and older.

We also maintain a diverse selection of medicated shampoos tailored for pets dealing with itchiness and skin issues. Simply inform our groomers of your pet's specific needs, and we will select the appropriate shampoo accordingly.

Furthermore, all other grooming products we use in our centre, such as toothpaste and ear cleansers, adhere to vet-grade quality standards.
