Terms & Conditions
- To accommodate high demand, please schedule your appointment well in advance.
- Your pets will stay with us in our home, and there will always be someone available to look after them.
- We limit the number of pets to a maximum of three at a time to ensure each pet receives full attention and to prevent overcrowding.
- We do not accept stays exceeding 2 months in duration.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets with fleas and ticks.
- If your pet requires special care or medical assistance, please consult with us beforehand to ensure we can provide the necessary support. Extra fee may apply.
- Pets displaying aggression cannot be accommodated.
- If your pet requires a bath or grooming while they are with us, please inform us in advance. Grooming charges will be the same as those applied at our grooming center.
- Transport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged. Charges will be the same as those applied for Paws-En-Route.
- Our prices include food. If your pet has specific dietary restrictions, we recommend bringing their own food to avoid any potential stomach upset, as we may not have the exact dietary pet food they require.
